Joe Connolly

Joe Connolly is active in all aspects of Crown’s operations, helping guide overall strategy and providing strategic and operational support to management teams across the portfolio.

Prior to Crown, Joe was a Partner at Afterburner, Inc., where he helped Fortune 500 companies scale operations and effectuate strategy execution. Prior to Afterburner, Joe served as an Operating Executive for a number of private equity-backed companies in situations ranging from high growth to startup and distressed turnarounds. Joe started his career working with middle-market borrowers to originate and execute loan transactions at American National Bank following his service as an Officer in the United States Army.

Joe holds a BBA in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado, and attended the Emory University Goizueta Executive Leadership Program. He is a board member for Literacy at the Well, a literacy program for women in South Sudan, and the Boston College Veteran’s Alumni Network.
